The Emerging Technologies APS Focus Group (Founded/Chaired by Prof Lamprou) aim to bring together scientists interested in the field of Emerging Technologies (e.g., 3D Printing, 4D Printing, Bioprinting, Microfluidics, Lab-on-a-chip, and BioMEMS) for the manufacturing of drug delivery systems (DDSs), biosensors, medical devices, and implants.

The Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences (APS) Emerging Technologies Focus Group (FG) established in March 2021 and aim to bring together scientists interested in the field of Emerging Technologies. The FG provides support to Early Career Scientists and acts as a platform for bridging the gap between industry and academia.
